Carlos Bolívar Pedreschi


Born in Panama 1933. Admitted to the practice of the legal profession in 1958, Republic of Panama.

Education: University of Panama (Bachelor of Law and Political Science, Cum Laude, 1958); Central University of Madrid, Spain (Doctor of Law, Cum Laude, 1965); London School of Economics, England, 1966.

Professor: Constitutional Law Chair of the University of Panama (1975-1980); Constitutional Law Chair of the Santa María la Antigua University (1975-1983).
